    Stand-in authorization service is provision of issued by the bank payment card authorization according to defined parameters when the issuer authorization system is unavailable.

    On-behalf authorization is provision of authorization on behalf of the issuer according to card account information, which is managed at an authorization centre.

Clearing 

  • Local clearing 
    Local clearing service is provision of payment data processing and transmitting when financial operation data are transmitted from local card acquirer to local card issuer through the local network. 
  • International clearing 
    International clearing is provision of payment data exchange between card acquirer and international payment organizations through international networks.

Retrieval request and chargeback processing 

  • Domestic chargeback processing 
    Domestic Issuer charge back processing is provision of domestic charge back processing on behalf of the issuer bank. Domestic chargeback processing is a process when cards issuer initiates chargeback of all or a part of domestic disputed transaction from card acquirer according to cardholder claim (or another reason) and performs all cycle of chargeback procedure. 
  • International chargeback processing 
    International issuer charge back processing is provision of international charge back processing on behalf of the issuer bank. International chargeback processing is a process when card issuer initiates chargeback of all or a part of international disputed transaction from card acquirer according to cardholder claim (or another reason) and performs all cycle of chargeback procedure. MKS performs this service according to international payment organizations regulations.

POS terminal services for acquirer

  • MultiPOS service 
    MultiPOS service is provision of payment operations transmission from merchant location to the card acquirer bank.
     
    The main point of the MultiPOS solution is that the only one MultiPOS terminal need to be installed at merchant location instead of several POS terminals which belong to different banks. Thus several cards issuers use MultiPOS service at the same time. This solution significantly decreases banks expenses for card acquiring network management and maintenance. 
  • POS terminals database management 
    POS terminals database management is merchants, POS terminals and imprinters information database management on behalf of the POS network acquirer. MKS managers information about merchants, POS terminals and imprinters according to cards acquirer instruction or to agreed procedure. 
  • POS terminal installation 
    POS terminal / imprinter installation service is provision of technical POS / imprinter installation and merchant personnel training upon the request of the acquirer bank. 
  • POS terminal de-installation 
    POS terminal / imprinter de-installation is provision of POS terminal / imprinter de-installation upon the request of the acquirer bank in case of cancellation of merchant-acquirer bank agreement. 
  • POS terminal support 
    POS terminal support service is provision of on-site POS technical support to merchant on behalf of acquirer bank. POS terminal support service includes technical maintenance of the equipment, guarantee and post-guarantee service, operational materials supply, software updates and parameters set-up. 

Fraud monitoring 

  • Acquirer fraud monitoring is provision of fraud monitoring on behalf of the acquirer bank. Fraud monitoring service is a continual monitoring of domestic and international cards operations in domestic payment networks and an identification of fraudulent operations according to defined parameters. This service ensures risk control of payment transactions in acquirer network according to VISA International and MasterCard International risk management regulations and acquirer bank requirements.

Non-banking payment cards processing service

  • Non-banking payment cards processing service is provision of all non-banking payment cards issuiing, acquiring and clearing services. 

Loyalty cards processing service

  • Loyalty cards processing service is provision of all loyalty cards issuing, acquiring and clearing services.

Card personalization 

  • Newest technologies of data recording were implemented in card personalization centre, which enable provision of services: 
    • Data recording to EMV chip of payment cards; 
    • Data recording to magnetic stripe of cards; 
    • Data laser engraving data on a card; 
    • Embossing; 
    • Data indenting on a card.
  • Card personalization center provides payment cards, loyalty cards and identification cards personalization services.
  • Plastic cards according to their usages are divided into: 
    • Branded payment cards (VISA, VISA Electron and other); 
    • Non-branded payment/pre-paid/credit cards (Petrol cards, Credit cards); 
    • Other cards (Identification cards, club cards, loyalty cards, gift cards). 

Merchant training

  • Training for merchants’ staff, which works with POS terminals and imprints. The main objective of the training is to provide information about POS terminals and imprints and to teach how quickly and correctly to carry out necessary operations with this equipment.
  • Specialists with eight years experience of the work with POS terminals and imprints are ready to provide information and to consult benevolently merchants’ staff.
  • There is basic information about POS terminals, imprints, the work with this equipment and recognition sign of solvency of banks payment cards providing in the training.
  • The training is performed by technical maintenance service department.
